Registration:
Registration will be handled Wednesday and Thursday from 12-4. For those of you who may need to arrive after 4:00 on Thursday, please notify us prior to the event and we will make late arrival arrangements for you.
Voluntary Raft Ups:
All raft ups are open to everyone at the rally. They are a bring your own event or something to share if someone happens to swim buy. Raft ups are a way for all us social swimmers to get together on the lake. They are a staple of boating! Raft up coves will be determined later.
Happy Hour Social:
Thursday’s Happy Hour Social will be sponsored by and held at Stardust Marina. This social hour(s) are a great way to spend the evening with your fellow Crownies. Stardust marina will be offering Crowndezvous attendees a special happy hour special. This event is on your own.
Poker Run Meeting:
This meeting is mandatory for all poker run participants. This will also be the start of the individual boat pictures sponsored by Crownline. The pictures are included with your registration. The poker run is an additional fee, with all (100%) of the fees going to the winners.
Individual Boat Pictures:
Starting at 10:00, anyone who would like on-water pictures of their boat are asked to line up single file and pass the anchored houseboat. Crownline Boats are sponsoring a photo shot from the dock. We will snap two pictures of your boat and guests aboard. Pictures will be available on-line at a later date.
Breakfast Buffet:
Saturday and Sunday morning, Sequoyah Marine will sponsor a buffet breakfast. Discount certificates will be in your registration packet. This event is on your own, but worth the morning boat ride.
Rally Picture:
Everyone is invited and urged to attend the Crowndezvous Rally picture for 2010. This picture will be taken in front of the Deerfield Condo docks. We ask everyone to tie up as close as possible so that the group shot can be taken. Copies of the rally group photo will be available later. This event is sponsored by Crownline Boats.
Dinner & Awards:
The highlight of the 2010 Crowndezvous will be held at the Deerfield Resort Office area. For those who can arrive by car, we suggest that. For those who will arrive via the water, please dock at the Deerfield Marina and a shuttle will transport guests to and from the Deerfield Office area every fifteen minutes. The dinner is a part of your registration fees and your dinner tickets will be given out at registration. Soft drinks and water will be provided with dinner. Any other beverages will be each guest’s responsibility. Immediately following the dinner, Deerfield Resort would like you to stay and be their guests as a live band, Whiskey Springs, will perform under the stars for your entertainment. Again, adult beverages are on your own.

Sponsor Raffle:
As a thank you from our sponsors this year a bonus raffle will be introduced for all Crowndezvous attendees. The list of prizes for the raffle is growing each day, but to present we have one FREE houseboat rental donated by Springs Dock and one FREE Cabin on the lake rental donated by Stardust Marina. We have a FREE pontoon rental donated by Sequoyah Marina and a FREE jetski rental donated by Shanghai Marina. Here is how the raffle works: From Saturday, June 12th through Saturday, June 19th at 2:00PM, for every $10 you spend at one of our partner sponsoring marina’s (Springs Dock, Stardust Marina, Sequoyah Marina and Shanghai Marina), you will receive one raffle ticket. Any food, gas or other purchase other than housing accommodations will qualify. The raffle tickets will be collected Saturday afternoon at 2:00PM and the drawing will be held at the awards dinner on Saturday night. You may collect as many raffle tickets as your wallet will allow! Further details about this exciting raffle will be forthcoming!
